What is MyMediList?

MyMediList™ is an easy to use, innovative web-based personal record of your medications and allergies.

This electronic medication record is created, modified and controlled by the most important person in healthcare - you, the patient.

You enter the information - your medications, how you take them, the dose and what instructions you have been given about how to take them.  You can also write the allergies that you have and even write about why you stopped a medication.  Most of all, you decide who gets to see this information - which doctor, which practice, which hospital.
